Alpha Road is our 1940’s Cape-Cod. Our family purchased this house in 1952. While we lived on the main floor, we had tenants in apartments above and below us. Each floor houses one unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Loads of built-in’s for storage, and no shortage of charm. There is a shared driveway for parking; each apartment has an assigned area.
What’s nearby? You’re just two blocks from the heart of campus. The Chinook Student Center is a short 7 minute walk.
