Maple

5 units - 3 two-bedroom - 2 one-bedroom

This property is across the street from the historic Greystone Church (now apartments). There is ample off-street parking in back. This building was built in 1912 by the family who owned the only department store in Pullman (long gone). Our family divided the house up into apartments in the early 1960s while we were still living there! There are some great vintage built-ins in the apartment house.

One of the two-bedroom apartments and 2 of the one-bedroom apartments are on the main floor. One of the one-bedroom apartments has a gas fireplace. The 2 remaining two bedroom apartments are on the upper level.
