Our Properties
Slocum Apartments has 7 apartment properties in Pullman, WA; six are on College Hill and one is near downtown at the bottom of Pioneer Hill. All are within walking distance of the Washington State University (WSU) campus. We refer to these apartment buildings as Alpha, C Street, California, Campus, Maiden Lane, Maple and Daniel. All the apartment houses were built between 1912 and 1950. Our parents acquired these properties in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. Our professor dad did all the repairs, mom handled the leases, and we kids helped clean apartments when tenants moved out. Now we Slocum kids own the properties. We take pride in keeping up our buildings. The Slocum family has had rentals in Pullman for over 65 years.
